Centerless Grinding Machine
Designed to support 17-7 PH and 18 - 8 PH stainless steel materials, a completely streamlined production process ranging from raw wire straightening, trimming, tempering to grinding ensures that all aerial rods produced by Jy Chyun are kept under an uncompromising quality check.

Wire Stripping Machine
Jy Chyun operates a number of high stability, high output fully automated and semi-automatic wire stripping machines. Jy Chyun’s wire stripping machines are not only capable of handing wiring materials with a diameter ranging from 0.81mm to 12mm, but are also able to regulate the tolerance to a minimal stage between the cable and center conductor, braiding, insulator and jacket. Moreover, the tolerance on cable soldering after stripping has been precisely monitoring, together with a stringent safeguard throughout the production processes, to achieve a uniformity in quality, and to comply with customer’s anticipation.
